1. Combination of performance assessment with management of human resource department;
2. Give a comprehensive assessment of the staff’s performance on all the work so that the staff will know more about his or her work performance and have more impetus to make improvements;
3. Based on the company’s Operational Objectives and job responsibilities, we shall target at meeting market service and improving work quality and business process standard and persist in combining qualitative assessment with quantitative assessment.
4. Match specific purpose, objective, time, indicator and form of assessment with corresponding posts. All the systems and departments shall set up different assessment criteria according to the nature and responsibilities of specific work.
5. Managers of all levels must have the sense of duty of performance management and assessment, including “staff’s performance is the managers’ performance”. Constant improvement of subordinates’ work ability and performance is one of the mandatory responsibilities of managers. All the managers, during performance management and assessment, must involve themselves actively in carrying out performance-related communication and assessment with their subordinates.
